Well, it looks like I'm not quite done. When I put my a domain name into my browser, I get an error message. When I add "/Default.aspx" to the domain name, it works fine. Any help in figuring out how to fix this would be much appreciated. Here is the error: Server Error in '/' Application. Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code. Exception Details: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Brad . . .

That is a known issue with DNN 5.06.00 which affects some installs but not others although running under ASP.Net 4.0 in classic rather than integrated pipeline model may be one of the triggers.

DotNetNuke 5.06.01 which is targeteted for release on or around Jan. 19th addresses that issue and some others related to changes that were made to the UrlRewriteModule code in 5.06.00. Rather than trying some of the workarounds proposed in forum threads related to these issues I would wait for 5.06.01 to be officially release then upgrade. There is a 5.06.01 release candidate available in the downloads section of http://dotnetnuke.codeplex.com but that should only be used for testing purposes - not on live production sites.
