Hi Sebastian

No, not yet - I expected, that DNN 5.6.1. would work without problems!

What you are saying is, that it's necessary to add an additional provider in order to get DNN running without problems - can this be right, and is it something that will be solved?
I mean, DNN don't say, that this is necssary, if you want additional languages!

I also have the problem with the background color in the editor.
I saw another post about that, but I have not been able to solve this problem eider....

Best Regards,
Per

I wouldn't expect this to be fixed, instead there is a task in the issuetracker to integrate dnnwerk RAD Editor provider (the one on radeditor.codeplex.com).

to fix your background issue, please make sure in css file for your skin or portal not to define it for body tag but for ID "body"

Thanks for your "sundays reply", Sebastian

I hope the problem will be solved soon - sometimes it's like DNN don't think about non-US (or what  )

Anyway - I will try what you recommend, and hope I can get it working?!

Thanks again!

Best Regards,
Per

Per,
the international members from the Core Team try to assist the American development team, but I confess it has been easier before, where we were able to fix some issues ourselves.
Regarding the dnnWerk editor, one of its nice features is a companion host module, which allows you to switch between the installed editor providers, i.e. core FCKEditor Provider, both Rad Editor providers and any other editor provider installed. Another great editor provider is dnnckeditor.codeplex.com by Ingo Herbote (WatchersNet), a talented member of the German DNN user group.

Cheers from Germany,
Sebastian Leupold
