I upgraded a small DNN site from 5.5.1 to 5.6.1 because of the know Secure File linking issue that was resolved in 5.6.1. However, after the upgrade the Telerik editor isn't running correctly. I get a blank editor window (the HTML module has existing content) and I get the following browser error messages:

No event viewer errors message or warnings - the event log for the u/g shows everything successful.

Not quite sure what to do here. The site is running, I just can't add or edit HTML content. I do have a b/u of the dbase and site files prior to running the u/g, but have not reversed anything out yet in the event there's an easier fix for this.

Suggestions???

We have had a couple of sites where the telerik.web.UI.dll has failed to install properly over the last couple of months - mostly with 5.2.x and prior updates ... the dll somehow seems to get locked and the updater fails to copy the new version across.

You may need to manually copy it across by unpacking the install.zip version of 5.6.1 and locating the file.
