Hello,

I am looking if someone could direct in, or help me find a script or set of SQL statements that will hard delete users from the database. The reason for this is that I need to enforce email unquieness and username uniqueness but have the ability for users to resubscribe to the site with the same email/username they had previously provided. The only way I can do that is to hard delete them from the portal since soft delete will prevent this from happening. I recently found a blog post dealing with this issue but the post is over a year old and when I enter the scripts it suggests the users remain in the database.

I just want something that will go through and delete all users who are not super users in my portal.
Anyone got anything that could out?

Thanks,
Dean

PS.
Before you all start posting it, the blog post was http://www.dnndaily.com/tips/itemId/3...
But like I said the scripts inside did NOT remove the users from my database. I ran them from the Host > SQL menu on my DNN  site.

Took me a solid hour to understand I had to run "them" all at as one single script.
It works, but it only deletes one user per execute.

I discovered the same thing - and it took me a while too. They OP did post them all as one procedure, but never mentioned that they need to be run that way. Now I've stored the set as a procedure so I can just EXEC it when I need it...

Can eihter of you point me in the right direction on this. I have a new site installed with 7 and have encountered an issue with this. I can understand the script that needs to be run to a point. I am just not sure which fields are what when it comes to defining the script to remove a particular user. Any assistance is greatly appricated!
