^^ I have successfully installed while this post was being approved. The only thing different I did this time was install the store WITH DNN (same test directory and same test IIS website). I will try installing the store again AFTER I install another test site of DNN and report if I continue with problems.

Otherwise all is working on DNN 6.1.3 with Store 3.0.0 (no source)!!

Thank you

Hi,

Huumm something can be wrong! We do no longer use Source Forge from at least 2 years. May be you talk about the Extensions Forge?

The latest store version 03.00.00 can be downloaded from the Extensions Forge or directly from Codeplex. From the Extensions Forge, you can download only the last Install package, while from Codeplex you can download all files (source and docs).

If you use a recent DNN 6.x , by default installed modules are in the category 'All Categories'. Move your mouse over the 'Module' menu on top, in the opened window the section 'Module Selection' have a setting named 'Category', select 'All categories' your modules should be now in the 'Module' list. That's not related to the Store module, but the normal 'new' behavior of recent 6.x versions! :-) This DNN feature allow you to create 'module categories' and to reorder your modules by category.

You do not need a 'special' skin to use the Store module. On the other hand, the catalog can be adapted to your needs using the Store templating system (please download and read the Templating Guide available at Codeplex).

It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.

Sorry! I meant Codeplex but, my mind went elsewhere. Thank you for the info. I am enjoying the documentation for now and will experiment soon!

Greetings Gilles,

I installed the Store module (3.0.0) in DNN 6.1.2 and that went fine. I like the simplicity of the module.

I thought in a previous version there was a way to give a discount based on a quantity purchase. e.g.  Buy 4 save 10%.
I don't see that in this version... am I mistaken, did I overlook it in this version? If its not in this version, are there plans to add that feature in a future release?

Thanks.

Hi Stan

This feature doesn't exist in any version of the Store module! Of course, this is on my looooooooonnnnnngggg to do list but I can't give you a date.
