This error does not occur for all Form & List modules. Not sure why it occurs on this one. Error occurs when the page is active and user logs out. After logging in error still shows until another page is activated. After that, page shows normal again. The event viewer shows a page and module load exception.

Hans, thank you for sending me the details of the exception. This issue was already reported before: http://dnnfnl.codeplex.com/workitem/1...
It will be fixed in the next release.
