I have a conflict with the script manager declared in My load event of my module and the report viewer. I am attempting to work with the MS SSRS forum in regards to this. I posted the question on this forum if you would like to fully understand the problem. The question's I have at this point is

1) Does the code (DotNetNuke.Framework.AJAX.RegisterScriptManager()) do what you think it should do (is it really registering the ScriptManager?)
2) When should you do the registration of the ScriptManager?

I have tried this in the init and the page load.
Anyone Please?

DNN registers a script manager by default. You should not need to register a script manager from your code.

Thats funny.
I recall being told I had to assign this in my load or page init:
If Not IsPostBack Then
       Try
           If DotNetNuke.Framework.AJAX.IsInstalled Then ' Check to see if the user has AJAX installed on their server
               DotNetNuke.Framework.AJAX.RegisterScriptManager()
           End If
           ' only show the report selectors to start
           Me.Panel_ReportParameters.Visible = False
           Me.Panel_Viewer.Visible = False
           'Set these items one time only
           subPopulateReportDDLs()
       Catch exc As Exception
           ProcessModuleLoadException(Me, exc)
           Exit Sub
       End Try
   End If

Can any core folks shed some light here please?
