Hi,
The website form Helferlein.com is down so therefore I post my issue on this forum. On my website I use the Helferlein Form module. Everything is working fine, but what about the field FILE UPLOAD? Where does it upload the file to (Default) when submitting the form and where can I change this location, if possible? When I submit the form now, I only receive the input from the other fields but don't know where to find the uploaded file, which map etc...
Thanx for all help!

Possible issue can be with AJAX rendering. Do you enable AJAX rendering for your module?

Hi Sergey,
thanx for your response. Can you be more specific? Where can I enable AJAX rendering? In the code I suggest?

Regards
Robbert

Please:
1) Login as Host.
2) Go to the Host/Module Definitions and open for edit module you use.
3) Scroll bottom to the "Module Controls". There should be few controls.
4) Open for edit each module control.
5) Check tickbox "Supports Partial Rendering?" at the bottom. If checked, please uncheck it and update and try if it fixes problem.

Hope this helps.

Sergey

Hi,
Thanx. I changed the Module definitions but now I receive the error "Error when sending the email. Please try again later.". So now, the e-mail is not send. Has it something to do with the user rights for uploading?
