I know this question has been asked a million times, but I can't find a solution for DNN 5.

My login page is set to a custom page but with no login module.  So now I can't log in.  I checked that the PortalLocalization.LoginTabId is set to NULL, and it already has a null value.

Is there some other way I can reset this or backdoor login?  Thanks.

did you restart the application, after you manipulated the database entries?

Yes, I tried recycling the app pool and then the whole web server. Still nothing.

But anyway, I restored a database backup and can now log in. This issue of a login page without a login control should really be fixed. You can't assume that the user managing content on a site will know what they're doing.
