I have noted numerous oddities when testing in IE 8 (not in compatibility mode) - for example, hovering over the new Manage box never displays the module action menu and it is VERY difficult to add modules or pagesin the control panels module or page sections as the panels close before I can select from the drop-down lists. Those oddities are not present in FF or Chrome.

I did notice that when testing in IE 8 in compatibility mode several of the pages were entirely blank or missing some content.

I have not yet had a chance to test against IE 9.
