Hi!

I have installed DNN3.x on XP Pro & SQL 2000 backend. Everything works ok on local host and across the LAN. However I can not access the site from Internet. Error message "The page cannot be displayed".

However I put any html document, which I can access.

Any suggestions please.

Hi,

can you give more details about your server setup ?, is it being hosted or is it at your premises, do you have a public IP address assigned your server.

Hi! Johnny

This site is on windows XP Professional. Hosted at my home. It has a fixed IP address and a domain.

I can access my site if I post any other HTML Web Page (Not DNN Web Page) under DotNetNuke Directory. Only DNN default.aspx can not be accessed.

Hi

I have XP Pro running IIS and SQL 2000 Server backend. It is hosted at my home. I have static IP address to my router which has Port mapping to my XP machine. I am able to browse my other web pages except the DNN's Default.aspx.

Even I have copy a static HTML Web Page in the DNN directory, I can see across the Internet. Only DNN's Default.aspx page can not be displayed.

I am having the same problem. I can access it locally, but not remotely. In my case, I am running Window 2003 server adn SQL 2005 Express.
