Apparently, the Community Edition doesn't ship with the compiled libraries (at least not for the source version - I can't testify to the other versions).  (Check your website's \bin directory and you'll see that DotNetNuke.dll, along with some possible others, isn't there.)

So I had to build all the libraries from scratch which isn't a big deal since I'm doing a custom build for a client.  But, just beware for others who are downloading.

HTH,
Joshua

Thanks Joshua,

Now i am getting error at database script
"Installing Database - Version 06.00.00...FAILURE 400 - Object reference not set to an instance of an object." Is it related to any library or what?

unfortunately, " Object reference not set to an instance of an object" is the most unspecific error you can get. try accessing Eventlog table in the database to get more details about it.
