Hi all,
actual we have a Problem with the Login for AD Users. We have two domains (A & B). The Portal runs in Portal A, Users from A don't have any problems. I actived the automatic login for the users, this is working for boths domains. But if a User of Domain B logoff and want to login again, we get the message "Login Failed. Please remember that passwords are case sensitive".  If the user call "*DesktopModules/AuthenticationServices/ActiveDirectory/WindowsSignin.aspx" he will be logged in again.

In the Event Viewer i receive the following Message:

Is that a known Bug or maybe is there a fix for that? I found many threads with nearly the same problem, but without any solution for me.
Regards,
Ronald

Are users from Domain B entering just their usernames or are they entering DOMAINB\username (or username@domainb.com)?

we are using domain\user for both domains.

Well that shoots that theory. Unfortunately I don't have a two domain setup that I can test with so I can't explain why you're having the error.

Are there any tests which i could make to get more details?
A Suggestion from an other thread was that I maybe don't have the neccessary rights to check the other domain, but in this case the automatic login shouldn't work or?
