Is there any way I can prevent a specific error from showing up in the Event Log? I keep getting "The Client is disconnected" show up (I have a couple lists boxes on one page, that users select from rather quickly which causes the error) and as it doesn't actually cause any problems for the users, I was hoping to make it disappear so it doesn't flood the event log, and make the real errors that I need to look into difficult to find. Thanks,Chris

you can enable/disable classes of event and exception but not individual framework exceptions so theres no way I can think of beyond amending the code to ignore that particular error.

Thanks Cathal,How would I amend the code to ignore that error? The reason that error shows up is because there is a request to the server, then immediately after another request, so when the first request brings back its result, it throws the error, so I cant put it in a try catch.Would putting On Error Resume Next in the Page_Load handle it?On Error Resume Next If Err.Number = ClientDisconnectedErrNumber Then 'Do NothingEnd IfOn Error GoTo 0Thanks,Chris

hmm, that might work i.e. override the method, check for the issue and execute a Server.ClearError.
