One thing I know about Arvixe hosting is that they host over 60 - 70 websites per server. Which probably explains why my website is down so much.

According to my site statistics, my website only uses around 0 - 20MB per day. The only time it used between 500 MB - 700 MB was last month, and that was because I was creating the website, uploading ontent, etc.

60-70 websites per server is NOTHING.

Actually your website after a while behaved ok.
