I have a different issue with italian language: the language is recognized but not all items of the page are showed in italian language, for example the menù is in english language.
But if I press CTRL-F5, all items of the page are showed in italian language.
If I quit and restart the browser, the issue remain.

Conditions;
- S.O. in italian
- Internet Explorer 8 or 9 in italian
- DNN 5.6.3

Yes.
Host > Other Settings > 'Enable Content Localization' = Yes

and

Admin > languages > 'Enable Browser Language Detection' = Yes

All work well, except the case described above.

Verified on DotNetNuke 6.0.1. Browser Language Detection from Admin menu is set to true however it does not detect fr-CA and displays en-US.
