Is there a table where the id of the home tab is stored?

Sorry i missunderstood i thought you had just missed out the portal alias for the new url you had moved your site to. If it's changing the homepage try looking at the portallocalisation table. Again to just move a site you just need to modify the portal alias table to use the correct url which is normally in the portal alias table.

Thanks, the hometab could indeed be found in the table PortalLocalization. I set the ID to the correct one in my site works again BUT i don't get the popup's if i click on the host or the admin menu. Nothing appears, any hints?
