On the Admin - User Accounts - Manage Roles page, the Send Notification box is checked by default.  I have not found a configuration setting in the Host or Admin area that controls this check box so I think it has to be controlled from one of the code pages but so far I have not been able to locate which one.  Does anyone know what code page must be edited to remove the default of having this box checked?

Open up the website in a web editor and open the code located at:

"DesktopModules\Admin\Security\securityroles.ascx"

 Within there is a line of code that reads:

<asp:CheckBox ID="chkNotify" resourcekey="SendNotification" runat="server" Checked="True" />

Change the value of "Checked" to "False"
