I created a new site under DNN 6.0.2 just to fix my editor problems under 5.6.2. Editor dialogs would just plain not work. While experimenting I discovered that using the default Telerik editor in a fresh install of DNN 6.0.2. If I added just the classes I want to appear, in the Apply CSS Class dropdown, to the toolsfile.xml in the /desktopmodule/admin/radeditorprovider/toolsfile folder, I could control exactly what I wanted to appear there.<br /> E.g.<br />     < class name="Normal Red" value=".NormalRed" / > would give me a pleasing appearence without the cluster of all the crap in all the style sheets that get loaded.<br />     wrapped in < classes > < / classes ><br /> <br /> Note: Extra spaces added so I could save this post.<br />

Thanx

L Douglas

It's the toolsfile.xml file. You'll find it in the folder:
DesktopModules\Admin\RadEditorProvider\ToolsFile\

The host can get to this through the site:
HOST >> HTML Editor Manager and on the Toolbar Configuration Tab

I tried Laverne's suggestion and found that as soon as classes are defined in ToolsFIle.xml (which can be edited directly via Host>HTML Manager) then all the default styles are removed. Great.

It also seems that for a style or class to be listed in the ApplyCSS dropdown, then it must be defined in default.css. Is that what you found also Laverne?

I neglected to share that the style has to be in the default.css as you mention. Yes, you are correct.
