How do I put a webcam from a remote site on a DNN6 page?

I have done MANY websites, but I know nothing about webcams or video feeds.

I do not want to use some web streaming service like www.ustream.com.  I want to keep everything on my machines.

I have a remote site with up to 4 cameras.  I want to securely feed those 4 cameras to a Win 2003 web server running a DNN6 website.  On that website I will have a subscriber page and I want to put those video feeds on that page.

Should I put a PC running Win XP Pro at the remote site and attach all 4 cameras to it, then send a data feed to the web server?

I already have one webcam working fine on the remote Win XP Pro machine.

What software do I need on the sending PC and what do I need on my web server.

I don't think the DNN part of is is much more than implementing whatever the video feed software required. A quick Google search shows there are a bunch of solutions out there...some using flash or java, etc so you can embed them in any page.

Here are a few I found

Hi Joel

I think you need to connect your cameras or feed switcher to Windows Media Encoder.
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/li...  Useful generic info here too.

WME provides a streamed output that you can use Windows Media Services to push to your web page.

We (a client and I) used the Open Video Player as the embedded delivery player as it provides the best options without using a proprietary player.

Not sure if his examples are live right now but you can see the player etc.

Edit: Just noticed that on this example page you now have to choose either a Silverlight or  Windows media player feed
