hi

We are getting a very strange error. On a child portal that we have set up, the Page Settings have been created for every page that allows ALL USERS to View and EDIT every page. I know you are probably thinking that this is easily fixed but the settings for ALL USERS are locked and can not be changed..... 

Take a look at this screenshot..... Does anyone have any ideas as the settings for every page are like this and we can not work out how to fix !!!
