I've used  DNN 5 for several projects and now I'm trying my first DNN 6 project. I downloaded it and it fired up the Web Platform installer and installed it and then it fired up WebMatrix. I used WebMatrix to open the site and do the installation and everything  looked good. I then brought the site up in VS 2008. It loaded fine and I noticed in design view the images on the default page were broken, but that's not unusual, I'm used to dealing with broken Images in design view on DNN sites.  When I run the site in VS 2008 it compiles and comes up fine but all the images are broken. I went back to WebMatrix and it looks fine. Any ideas on how to fix this? I'd hate to have to bonce back a forth from VS to a browser to develop.

thats not normal, right click the missing images and inspect what the path is - it may be that vs2008 is looking for am invalid path/port number
