Hi,

I've having some issues accessing some of the pages in the Host menu. These Include:

Host
Host Settings
Portals
SQL
etc...

In addition, my File Manager will not sync. It simply churns and churns for a while and nothing happens.

I'm using DNN 6.0. It is installed in a sub-folder for testing until we are ready to go live. It has been a while since I upgraded but I can't recall if I was ever able to get in there.

Any ideas?

I'm not having an identical problem, but I lost access to Portals under Host when I upgraded from 6.0 to 6.1. Maybe there is a fix someone knows for both of us?

I just realized that I should be a little more clear about this issue...

When logged in as the host I can see all of the items under the host menu when I mouseover HOST but when I click on the host pages, some of them show up and others give me the following error message:

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

The ones that give me the error message are:

Host Settings
Portals
Lists
Superuser Accounts
and more

the ones I can see are

Extensions
Dashboard
File Manager
What's new
more...

I've tried clearing my cache and stopping and starting the site in my hosting account. So far, nothing is working.

any ideas?

this sounds strange. did you ensure, debug mode is set to False in your web.config and you didn't enable compression? Which precise version are you running (see dashboard)?

thanks for the reply

Debug is set to false
I'm using version 6.0.0

I'm not sure about the compression?
