I'm confused since I've been working on this module (my 4th) just like I did with any other module and get the following error when I navigate to the page on which my module is installed (still in development)

The value for the 'compilerVersion' attribute in the provider options must be 'v4.0' or later if you are compiling for version 4.0 or later of the .NET Framework. To compile this Web application for version 3.5 or earlier of the .NET Framework, remove the 'targetFramework' attribute from the <compilation> element of the Web.config file.
Things I double checked:
I do not have a web.config in the module
Target Framework is 4.0
Other modules and pages load fine.

Any ideas?
