If you look at the database structure, there must be a way to construct a sql statement to do this for you?

@box86rowh

Yes, but I am wondering what caused it and if anyone else had already tackled this issue. Instead of fudging with this. I am currently working on a script that will add them back but with all the relationships, hasn't been as fast a solution as one would have hoped.

Let me also add this stuff always comes up one while working on a tight deadline=-P

Thanks,

Jim

the upgrade might prevent the situation to happen again, but not fix a broken situation, sorry. you either need to assign modules manually or use SQL to insert appropriate records into table PortalDesktopModules.

Today I found an easy solution, if you go into Admin/Site Settings then at the bottom expand "Host Settings" by Premium Modules add all in as "Selected modules" problem solved in one click, it must have marked them as premium, when I removed one module. Hope this helps someone else. Was a pain to deal with.
