Wow Peter!!  You are right, when I log on as Host I do not see images in any of the portals except for Portal 0.  But when I log on as Admin it works fine, I see the images.

Does that mean that DNN is not giving the host full permissions for the second and subsequent portals?

You have pretty much solved the problem, however it would be nice if I could add images as a host rather than loging out and then back in as the Admin.  When I am in development I always log on as the host.
