Hi

when i view page source i have </form></body> near the bottom.

i want to programatically during page_load or PreRender, insert some html/javascript between those two tags. it has to go between those two tags or it doesnt work with IE8.

how can i do this using ASP.net? i'm a dabbler with asp.net programming and i just cant find any help with this topic.

iterating through the controls has come up but the examples i've found dont work.

thank you in advance

The method you want to use is called ClientScript.RegisterStartupScript()

Here is some code I used a long time ago to register jQuery in a skin.

<script runat="server">
private void Page_Load(System.Object sender, System.EventArgs e)
{
    Page.ClientScript.RegisterClientScriptInclude("jquery", "http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.2.6/jquery.min.js");
    Page.ClientScript.RegisterStartupScript(this.GetType(), "jQueryNoConflict", "jQuery.noConflict();", true);
}
</script>
