Last Name required no matter what Profile properties setting.    Other Required fields do NOT show up on registration even though marked Required..

To change setting, I went to Admin/user Accounts/ Manage / Manage Profile properties

 I marked Last Name as NOT required and added City & Postal code as Required & visible by All users.  I did update and even logged off and came back as Host.  The settings are still there.  I even restarted the application.  So setting ARE saved OK.

 However when I add a new user at Admin/user accounts or logout and then Register as new user it shows Last name as Required and does not ask for City or Postal code fields.

 It does ask for City & Postal code when the user logs in, but not at signup.  It shows Last name as NOT required when they sign in.   I guess that is OK, but it is strange it does not respect Profile properties  during signup.
