Thanks for the link. I found info about Sub-Calendars and I have a better understanding of them, but I'm not seeing anything listed in the "available" box shown in the info at this link.

I don't have anything in the "Available" and "Selected" boxes. It looks like sub-calendars won't work without some choices to select in these two boxes. Can someone take a look and see what I might be doing wrong?

I have an event module on a page for a 'main calendar' and then I added another event module (sub-calendar?) to my home homepage on sidebar 2. The calendar on my homepage is set to "List" and it says that 'no events to display'. Any suggestions as to what I need to do to make the two calendars talk to each other?

The above link is from 2008, but the original poster is wanting to do the same thing as I am. I tried the suggestions that worked for him without any luck on my site. Any suggestions?

Hi,

A calendar only becomes a sub-calendar once you have linked it via the SubCalendar Settings, I'm not clear if you managed to do that. If you are not seeing the other calendar in the SubCalendar settings then this thread might shed some light http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Forums/forumid/20/postid/443123/scope/posts.aspx#443123

It's also important to realise that the link is one way. Events entered in to the subcalendar will appear in the main calendar but events entered in to the main calendar will not appear in the subcalendar.

So if you want the Home page calendar to list all events, you would go in to that calendar's SubCalendar Settings and add the School Calendar as a subcalendar and enter events on the School Calendar.

Hope that helps!

What you described looks like exactly what I'm trying to do. I'll look at the link you provided and see if that sheds some light on what I'm not doing right. Thanks for the info!
