Steve's has a WCF service. (.svc) - strictly Steves is a DataService.

ASMX is (reputed to be) harder to work with from jQuery, easier to work with from ASP.Net AJAX.

Best wishes,

I was working it with AJAX. However, I just gave it a try and I don't think it's working. I still need to try with a correct connection string first.

I'm a bit lost at this point. How do I get that module onto my server that's on a virtual machine?
How do I use that .svc? Can I get access to it from anywhere? This all is becoming overly complicated to me for what I want.

My website isn't located on the local server. I can do testing, but not sure how I bring the final thing to the main server.

I also need to figure out how to use that .svc with my JQuery/AJAX.
