It just needs to be a dummy module with those two files I have included in it. I also don't have the time as stuff needs to be done by tomorrow morning.

I just compiled the module then I went to host extensions and used Create New Module. So, where does my packaged module end up? Or was I supposed to use something else?

I meant taking the package and installing it on a different site. Do I just take the .dnn and .dll and throw them into a zip and install the zip from that sites wizard?

I'm doing just a regular module because he requires me to enter info about my local database and unfortunately I don't know what my username and password for my local one is.

Anyway, I'm not sure if I'm missing files or something cause at first it looked like the dummy module installed fine at first then the config just started acting up.
