Hi all,

We've noticed that file manager won't display the contents of any other folder when you click on them. From the portal root, clicking any folder briefly causes the 'working' animation then shows the contents of portal root.

This is happening in both Chrome and IE8. I saw a similar issue related to GZIP compression, which I've disabled but it hasn't helped.

did you perform a recursive database sync (button in top right level of the file manager)?
Besides make sure to use file manager in admin menu.

Cheers from Germany,

Tried that, no luck :(

It actually seems bugged / broken. Clicking any folder results in a brief greying out of the screen followed by the loading graphic then no update of the content pane (which always displays the same 4 root files (e.g. portal.css, editor.css etc).

We're running v 06.01.03 (108).

I found the problem - about a month ago I enabled automatic file synchronisation. This was working fine until now. Unchecking this option has resolved the issue with the file manager.
