We've just begun encountering this problem running v 06.01.03 (108) of DNN. It occurred after manually copying over a folder with lots of items to the portal/0 directory. Having run the SQL script and cleared the cache / restarted app the folders are now visible in Image Manager but no files. It's veyr frustrating :(

AGAIN: please perform a recursive file sync. Besides, select folder in Admin > File Manager, and re-save permissions (below the grid).

Cheers from Germany,
Sebastian Leupold

Hi Sebastian,

I've tried both of those solutions but neither have worked. I've also just upgraded to v6.01.04 and this hasn't helped either. I've also applied the SQL script to convert to lower case.

We're a pro customer so I've logged a support ticket.

Jason, please check in Host > Editor Configuration, which editor you are using.

Hi Sebastian,

Dotnetnuke RAD.EditorProvider. I've tried Telerik - same issue. I've also just noticed that it affects the Document Manager as well. And although this morning I was able to partially fix it so that folders were showing, now folders are not showing.

I've also just noticed the following event is logged whenever I open the Image Manager:
