Hi All --

I have got localized DotNetNuke.Modules.FAQs in installed module local resources and all worked fine except

DotNetNuke.Modules.FAQs.Settings.asx.DefaultAnswerTemplate.txt

which localization wasn't retrieved.

Then I have looked at FAQs module Settings and I found it has duplicated DotNetNuke.Modules.FAQs.Settings.asx.DefaultAnswerTemplate.txt 
local resource with DefaultAnswerTemplate setting.

I have additionally edited setting and it solved the issue but the question remains - what is the purpose to keep the same resource/setting both in FAQs module's local resources and in FAQs module's settings?

The FAQs.ascx.cs code, which handles this case is the following:
