Hi dear chris hammond and thanks for your helpful replay.

When my URL characters is in English, The NavigateURL method , as you suggested, works fine. But as i put some non-english character in URL using this method, The URL changes to something like this:

http://localhost:2360/Test/tabid/81/I....

As you see ID=3 parameter added to URL. It is what i want. But you see as well as the title parameter added as traditional querystring. My NavigateURL is :

Use NavigateURL("","","ID=3&title=مرتضی")

Hi Morteza,

In fact, DNN has intergrated some  URL rewrite features in its Friendly URL module. Maybe you can take a look for the Friendly URL module if it can fit your requirement before you try to rewrite a URL rewrite feature.

Some special char in query string will cause some issues in the web server. So you should consider those conditions occurs.
