Hi All,

My colleague sent a message to me via portal in Japanese, all i can read are the question marks. Would you please

advice why. Do I need to use the language package for it?. I am have no knowledge about Dot Net Nuke but I try to 

learn

it depends on your client machine, whether the font being used has Japanese charcters included.

Hi Sebastien,

Thank you for fast respond. I have double checked one more time and I see both of the machines

having Japanese language bar on. My colleague can type in Japanesse, but I cannot read it at all

when I received the message.

My, do you have the same FONTS installed on both machines - especially same version of the font being used?
