Hello,

I am  new to DNN. i want to create a custom menu control in DNN. For that i need a api to fetch menu data from dnn database and bind it to my custom menu.

custom menus are created via navigation providers - see http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Wiki/Page/Navigation_Providers.aspx . However, in most cases you can simply use one of the existing menus such as ddrmneu (which is the default since 6.0 - http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Wiki/loc/allpages/Cat/DDRMenu.aspx )and create a custom template.
