Hi,

Not sure if this is the correct forum but I have an issue with documents being minimised for a single user. I have many users registered on the site but one user is an Administrator but cannot expand a number of documents on the home page. There's no security settings that I can find that are preventing it from expanding. I've tried recreating the user account but this didn't seem to work which is really confusion

Any ideas?

Regards
Chris

What do you call a "document" - are you talking about modules, which allow to collaps / expand content? if this feature is broken for a user, he should try clearing his local browser cache and cookies.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, it was modules I was referring to. I've tried clearing the cache but it doesn't make any difference. I've also tried on multiple machines that have never connected to our portal previously and the result is the same

Chris

the setting is stored in a cookie, I am not aware of any other feature interfering -does the user have anything special in his settings?
