I guess it's time to do a roll back.

I have a script that can get your password for you. Only takes about 1 min to do.. Just need ftp access it you want me to do it for you. contact (at) mywebsitedesigner.com.au

Many thanks for the offer but in the end I just backed up some recent content and rolled back the install / DB a couple of days.

I remain concerned that the old method for recovering via a new account does not seem to work.

Anyway - back on-line now so all good.
