Hi all-

I just completed a fresh (from scratch) install of dnn 4.3.0 on a win 2k server with sql 2000. After the install process completed and I clicked the link to view the site I got this "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" Error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Almost all the time this is a DB connectivity issue.

Do you know the truth when you hear it?

I have tested my connection string (using ODBC) and verifyed that the ASP.net account and the inet guest acount both have public access to the db.

Any other ideas where I should look to track this problem down?

Thanks

I am pretty sure that it is a connectivity issue, please re-check everything:

I will help you with this one, if you don't solve it after re-checking.
