If you are able to send me your skin (which should be a zip file that you installed at some point, I think called Sakura.zip), then I can see how easy it is to correct.

Cheers
Roger

Roger,

I changed the skin of my site to have something more standard-sompliant - with a better chance to work with your Module. I picked Graytness2, the Midnight-variety.

I thought this should work well, but unfortunateley even with this simple skin the module has some trouble: The Text color in the entry fields comes out as white on white - it needs to be set to Black or some dark grey.

Could you give me a hint on how to achieve that?

I have tinkered with and copied the code you posted in another thread into module.css, skin.css, midnight.css ... arbitrarily poking around with no luck. I just don't understand how to change the color of that stupid text.

I feel like a complete fool, not being able to fix this :-) Can you give me a hint what to do?

You can see the Problem on http://www.katjakastrup.de/Kontakt.aspx

Id be grateful for anything that helps!

Hi Joerg,

Add

.Feedback_Field .NormalTextBox { color: #000;}

to skin.css. That should do the job.

Cheers
Roger

Thank you for the quick response. In the meantime I havve continued to try different routes anf found one that I like even better than your version. I just changed the background color in your module CSS to a dark grey - so the white text displays nicely.

.dnnForm.FeedbackForm .dnnFormItem INPUT,
.dnnForm.FeedbackForm .dnnFormItem TEXTAREA,
.dnnForm.FeedbackForm .dnnFormItem SELECT
{
width:60%;
background-color: rgb(50,50,50);
}

I think for now I'll stick with this.

Still, thank you very much for looking into it. I was pretty frustrated :-)
