Here is my problem.  I'm a fairly novice Dot Net Nuke user.  I'm trying to take the site www.empireroofingmn.com and COPY it to a new hosting server, where it will become www.empireroofing-il.com.  I have transferred everything over . . . but am currently getting the following error.  You can check it out yourself too.  ANY IDEAS?  I'm totally stumped.

Compiler Error Message: BC30311: Value of type 'DotNetNuke.Security.Permissions.WorkflowStatePermissionInfo' cannot be converted to 'DotNetNuke.Security.Permissions.WorkflowStatePermissionInfo'.

Source Error:

Line 96: If dic.ContainsKey(obj.StateID) Then Line 97: 'Add WorkflowStatePermission to WorkflowStatePermission Collection already in dictionary for StateId Line 98: dic(obj.StateID).Add(obj) Line 99: Else Line 100: 'Create new WorkflowStatePermission Collection for WorkflowStatePermissionID

Hello,

Did you give the new host a backup of the database to restore? If so, did you add a portal alias for the temporary url first? Also did you update your web.config with the new connection string?

For me I find it easier to use the Evotiva Backup module and restore pack, as it automatically makes those changes and walks you through the process of moving a DotNetNuke site.
