John, good thats fixed for you, but that indicates a permissions/readonly problem -during install/upgrade the client dependency configuration sections are merged into the web.config. This can fail if the website user does not have "modify" permssions, or if the web.config is set as read-only, so I'd recommend double checking those settings or you will likely have future upgrade issues.

Hi,

While am hosing the DotNetNuke_Professional_7.0.0.1562_Install as a website in my system iis 7.5
i got an error like this.

"Could not load file or assembly 'ClientDependency.Core' or one of its dependencies. This assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently loaded runtime and cannot be loaded."

Can any one help me..

DNN 7.0.0 must run in an ASP.Net application pool version 4.0 (or 4.5), integrated pipeline only. Please check that your configuration meets the following:
