Issue Resolved:

I downloaded a copy of 4.3.2 and after viewing the directory structure, realized that I was missing all the module .zip files and thus installing with NO modules. In the Install folder, there is a sub-folder called Module. I had nothing but a file named placeholder.txt.  I had actually noticed something about this folder prior to this, but didn't think this is where the problem was because I was still getting the 5 modules to install. Anyhow, I copied all the zips from the 4.3.2 and placed them in my install/module folder and POOF...first time install!

If you are having this issue, then check the folder there should be several files (ZIP folders) named after the modules that you are anticipating being installed on your site (I had 23 folders + the placheholder.txt file). Try to install again. I also read somewhere that if you already have your site installed and you just need to install the modules, that you can use the following:  http://www.keepitinthefamilyonline.com/Install/Install.aspx?mode=InstallResources

I have not personally used this, so I can't attest for how it works, but hopefully it will help some with this issue move forward.
