Can we disable browser language detection directly in the database as the Update button is not shown on Admin/Languages module? I googled and saw that it is mentioned about "EnableBrowserLanguage" but I couldn't find such a value in the PortalSettings table. Is there a temporary solution to fix this or do we have to continue with this problem for now?

which DNN version are you using? if you are in Edit mode, you should get update button displayed.

DNN 6.1.5. I have enabled content localization. I can't see Update button in edit mode. I can't even see any record regarding "EnableBrowserLanguage" in PortalSettings table.

try applying default skin to admin > languages page and you should see update button in the middle of the page, ABOVE the language grid.

unfortunately it hasn't worked. I added below record manually from a new portal but nothing happened again..

0 EnableBrowserLanguage False 1 2012-06-11 10:07:49.277 1 2012-06-11 10:07:49.277 en-us

is there any database record i have to change manually other than above? btw, i enabled content localization.
