We have recently upgraded to DNN 6.2.

I have added the View Profile module to a page successfully, however, when I make any change to the module or page settings the content disappears and the following error is displayed  in the event log.

there are a few issues with this (I belive primarily caused by having the module on a page with other modules such as messaging which force a redirect if the accessing user is not the current user) - please check what other module(s) you may have on the page

i believe it is this issue - http://support.dotnetnuke.com/issue/ViewIssue.aspx?ID=21314&PROJID=2 which is fixed in 6.2.1 which is expected early next week
