Hi all,

 

I have added event module in one of my page, but if there is no event available then it should display message "Currently No Event Available" How can we display this message, as currently if no event available then it is displaying blank page.

 

Please guide me..

Hi,

Which view are you referring to? Month View, Week View or List View, or all three?

I'm guessing you are referring to the List View where you should see a yellow "No events to display." message.

I'm wondering if you have the Events Module permissions set to Admin only, which would result in not displaying to others as you describe.

Thanks for reply, I am using list view only, and currently no event is available, it is not displaying any message, is there any setting available to set the no event display message, please guid eme.

Hi, AFAIK, there is no setting to display the message, it should just do it. I'm guessing this only happens when you're logged out of DNN, so did you check if the module permissions have view permissions set for Everyone and not just Admin only?

If there are no events in the list view to display, a standard formatted informative (yellow) message is displayed: "No events to display."
