I've never seen a Telerik.web.ui.dll without a Product Version in that Details tab

Try changing the "newVersion" in the last line of the <dependent assembly> in you web.config to 2012.1.411.35 and save web.config, do an IISRESE in a cmd window

Hit the site again

Copy off the current "newVersion" value first just in case...

Yes it does have a version number, I just did not know where to look since I never change any of that.

The version in the web.config (shown a couple postings up) is  newVersion="2011.3.1115.35  in the last line in the code shown.

The one in the bin directory is 2011.3.1115.35 which seems to be the same.

I have no idea how it was changed nor what to do next.

I will just delete the entire site plus SQL database and start over.  That is very scary since it may well happen with the next update or some future update, but I guess I will worry about that when it happens.  :-((

there might be a module using a reference to a newer version of telerik and failing. Get telerik package from latest DNN 6.2.1 install package and install. you may need to adjust binding redirect settings manually in web.config.
