Hi,

I have my site hosted with Arvixe and the site is constantly going down.  When it does its redirecting to:

http://www.mysite.com/Install/UnderConstruction.htm with the following error

404 - File or directory not found.

The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

I have not upgraded my site yet to the latest version as I need to upgrade the modules first.

Any ideas why this might be happening.  Hosting company is clueless!

Thanks

Ginnie
