No on my local machine i'm using the Dark Knight skin and it still has the issue. These 2 social modules (Journal + Groups) cannot be used together on one page.

I just encountered this same problem about the Dark Knight skin working for the page the Journal module is on, but my own skin does not allow postings to the Journal, unless you are an administrator. Fortunately, I set it up with only the Journal on this page, so I don't have the other problem.

However, what is causing all the other skins to not work with the Journal module? What does the Dark Knight have that the others do not? I am thinking it may be some JQuery library. Haven't had time to look into it yet. Do you have any knowledge about this?

"I" don't yet... but no time really to fool with figuring it out. I suspect a jquery conflict somewhere. The site I'm messing with is a volunteer set up on my behalf so the basic DK skin works fine, not forcing my to dig into the problem. Hope someone does to save me future grief and posts it here.

Hi I have the same problem.
Have you find what Dark Knight have rispect another template, I try to import javascript menu and some other but never change
have yo an idea?

After Hours I found the problem!!!!!!!

add to the skin
<%@ Register TagPrefix="dnn" TagName="CONTROLPANEL" Src="~/Admin/Skins/controlpanel.ascx" %>

and behind

< dnn : CONTROLPANEL runat="server" id="cp"  IsDockable="True" />

and It work!

I don't know why the journal need the control panel but it work!!!!!
